For 35+ years, selling teen art has been part of After School Matters' mission to celebrate and advocate for young people. TEENMADE is a brand that highlights the creative work of Chicago teens in ASM programs.  

In each session, teens produce incredible work across various disciplines, and TEENMADE is excited to showcase their talent through our online shop and pop-up events.  

100% of TEENMADE revenue is reinvested back into ASM programs, supporting future artists and entrepreneurs as they explore their creativity and plan for their futures.

WE PAY OUR TEEN ARTISTS. 

Every teen in an After School Matters program receives a financial stipend for their participation, highlighting the value of their time and efforts. Our expert instructors provide a meaningful experience for growth, helping teens explore their potential and shape their futures. Each piece in the TEENMADE shop is crafted by these paid teen artists, and we reinvest 100% of TEENMADE revenue back into ASM programs.

RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY

Returns

  • Items can be returned within 30 days of purchase. 
  • Products must be unused, in original condition, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase. 

Partial refunds may be issued for: 

  • Items that are damaged, missing parts, or not in their original condition (unless the issue was our error). 
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email whether your refund has been approved. 
  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within several business days. 

Missing Refunds 

If your refund hasn't arrived: 

  • Check your bank account. 
  • Contact your credit card company, as processing times may vary. 
  • Contact your bank for additional information. 
  • If you still have not received your refund, email teenmade@afterschoolmatters.org.
